LAS VEGAS – A popular locally-owned coffee shop is expanding its operations with a new location at Molasky Corporate Center in downtown Las Vegas. The fourth Sambalatte coffee shop will open on October 2, 2017 and is located in the lobby of Molasky Corporate Center. “A coffee shop of this caliber is a great amenity to the building,” says the building’s general manager Anna Juarez. “We are very happy to welcome such an outstanding operator as Sambalatte to serve tenants and visitors of Molasky Corporate Center and Parkway Corporate Center (100-110 City Parkway).
The coffee shop space underwent a $100,000 renovation with Nigro Construction serving as the general contractor. It is across from a newly installed live green wall featuring real plants framed by reclaimed wood. “The green wall provides a fresh look and fresh air to the lobby,” says Juarez.
Sambalatte serves exceptional coffee, high quality loose tea leaves brewed to perfection and its delicious menus includes pastries and sweet treats. Prepacked sandwiches and salads will also be sold. The Molasky Center shop will be open Monday to Friday starting at 7:00 am.
