LAS VEGAS – Hundreds of jobs will stay in downtown Las Vegas as the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and The Molasky Group announce that the IRS has renewed its lease at 110 N. City Parkway for another ten year term.
The IRS has been located at its downtown headquarters –commonly referred to as The IRS Building — since 2005. The agency currently utilizes three floors for a total of 63,420 sq.ft. It is a Level III security facility. Molasky Property Management is currently pursuing LEED EB and Energy star certifications.
110 N. City Parkway is part of the Molasky Corporate Center campus and offers tenants garage parking and direct access to Jason’s Deli, Bank of Nevada and ATM, 24 Hour Fitness and Legal Copy Cat printing. To better serve the tenants, the building is professionally managed by an on-site award winning management team. It is favorably situated across from public transportation and accessible from US 95 and I15.
“We are pleased to have the agency renew and continue to be part of the downtown market,” says Anna D. Juarez, National Real Estate Manager for The Molasky Group of Companies. “We worked hard to maintain this relationship and this level of commitment really shined through during our renewal efforts.”
