Real estate developer Irwin Molasky is the recipient of the U.S. Green Building Council — Nevada Chapter’s lifetime achievement award. The award was presented at the USGBC Nevada Green Gala Leadership Awards in December 2104. Molasky’s storied career has gone from garage conversions in 1950s Las Vegas to developing nine-figure LEED-certified buildings nationwide today. He pioneered sustainable construction in Nevada with the Molasky Corporate Center, the first LEED Gold-certified office tower in Las Vegas and a catalyst for downtown redevelopment.
