\"\"<\/a>The Molasky Corporate Center is the recipient of The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award by the Building Owners & Managers Association. This is the third straight year that the Las Vegas landmark has received the honor.<\/p>\n

The Toby Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry. The award recognizes quality in office buildings and rewards excellence in office building management. During the competition, all facets of building operations were thoroughly evaluated. Entrants are judged on everything from community involvement to environmental and sustainability management.<\/p>\n

\u201cUpholding our strict standards of excellence and maintaining a truly world-class LEED Gold office building is no easy task,\u201d says Anna Juarez, national director of real estate for the Molasky Group and general manager of the building. \u201cWe owe this award to our highly-trained professional and dedicated management, engineering, property services and custodial teams. Since its opening in 2007, the building has been home to several marquee tenants and
